When are the Mad Science Workshops at Go-Go Bambini ?

FOR KIDS AGED 4-10 yrs old
Package of 2 workshops, Wed 06 & Thu 7 of September from 10:00am-2:00pm.

Includes active play, lunch & snacks, games, movie time and the following Mad Science Workshops: Dry Ice Capades and Optical Illusions.

Cost for four days is $395, one day cost is $110 inclusive.

What are the workshops about?

Each day Mad Science will be providing a unique, fun and interesting workshop (duration about 1 hour) where kids will learn science concepts and participate in activities and experiments.

They will get to create gadgets and devices, unique to Mad Science, which they will keep such as a magnetic compass or periscope (depending on which workshop). These activities help to reinforce the lesson learnt and the scientific principle.

Course Notes

Optical Illusions

Children enter the topsy-turvy world of optical illusions and learn all about the Science behind it! They discover optical illusions when a twisting coil climbs up and down without moving, and a towel turns into a dog! They manipulate flexible mirrors and explore the world with inversed vision. Then children create their own illusions using hands-on laminates! Finally, they construct a classic mirror illusion, the periscope, as a take-home project!
